DEED RESTRICTIONS

Every lot in the Sunset Canyon subdivision carries a number of covenants and restrictions right in the deed.  There were 5 separate sections of development when the subdivision was first formed, and therefore there are minor differences in the deed restrictions for each section.

You can review the specific restrictions for your property by referring to the CC&Rs for your section, found on the NEWS & PUBLICATIONS page.

Are you unsure which section, and which lot number your property belongs to?  You can find a cross-reference listing between street addresses and Lot Numbers/Section by CLICKING HERE, or by visiting the NEWS & PUBLICATIONS page.
